Jamesetta M. Walker is a columnist at The Virginian-Pilot who provides commentary on fashion, lifestyle and consumer affairs. During her 21-year communications career (not including that she actually began writing for newspapers in fifth grade), she also has worked as an assistant city editor, assistant features editor, features editor, copy editor, page designer, reporter and public relations practitioner. Within that time frame, she also has found the time to establish herself as a landscape designer, and that's in addition to her experience in retail fashion and interior-decor merchandising. She is a married mother of three children, including a set of preteen twins. She always welcomes a cup of coffee and a hug.

Benita Adams
ENGAGEMENT and TRANSFORMATION. She wants them to live their best life by giving them resources to look their best and make life changes to achieve their personal and professional goals. It connects them to a community of successful women. Her passion is helping women to consciously design their second act. Her upcoming book, R.E.S.E.T. Your Life, A Woman’s Journey Through The Second Act, is scheduled to be released in 2014. Her blog, “The Second Act” (http://thesecondactwithbenitaadamsblog.com) creates a community for second act women. Its goal is to inspire, motivate and encourage.
As an entrepreneur, Benita is the owner of her company, “The Second Act with Benita Adams, LLC”, which empowers women through her TV show and radio segments, motivational speaking, book with self-reinvention journal and teaching materials. Benita has taught at various universities and colleges as an Assistant Communications, English and Broadcasting Professor. Her background also includes experience as a fashion model, professional voice-over artist, and “talent” for radio and TV commercials. She is a member of The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and was a board member for the YMCA; Girls, Inc.; The Black Expo and the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She is a former member of the board for The National Speakers Association –Virginia; and Dress for Success – Norfolk, VA. Benita Adams is a successful TV and radio host, author and motivational speaker. She has worked in the media and communications field for nearly 30 years. Most recently, she worked at WVEC, Channel 13 News, an ABC affiliate, in Hampton Roads, VA.
Her passion is helping 40 plus Baby Boomer and Middle Age Women in Midlife with Transformation & Reinvention.
She helps women walk through their first, second and third acts.

Delores Gee
The successful album won Dee-Dee the VEER Music Award for gospel in 2013. Her sophomore album Passionate Praises II is due out this summer. Dee-Dee's previous business venture was as proprietor of DDG...Your Personal Shopper where she shopped and provided fashion consultations to local women. Dee-Dee is very active in the community, currently or previously serving on non-profit boards such as Junior Achievement, United Way Women's Initiative, AIM Family Services, Volunteer Hampton Roads, AMIkids and Girls Inc. She also volunteers with WHRO-TV as an on-air pledge host. She has been recognized by YWCA with a Woman of Distinction Award, First Baptist Church as Mother of the Year, Lead Hampton Roads' "Encouraging the Heart" Leadership Award and the Urban League's Silver Star Award.
Dee-Dee lives in Chesapeake and has two daughters.
Delores "Dee-Dee" Gee is well known throughout Hampton Roads for her achievements in media, music and business. Dee-Dee is a native of Norfolk and graduate of Hampton University. She has negotiated a career in media as a producer at WAVY-TV and WTKR NewsChannel 3 as well as print as publisher of MIX Magazine. She also hosted and produced the public affairs talk show MIX11 on Cox11.
In 2012, Dee-Dee surprised her community by revealing her vocal talents as a gifted singer. "Passionate Praises, produced by Dee-Dee was her debut album of traditional and classic gospel hymns.

Rhonda Arrington is a professional event host, emcee, TV Personality and comedian from Hampton Roads VA and she can be quoted as saying, “if you believe it, live it, because dreams do come true”. After a fifteen-year career in customer service, Mrs. Arrington decided to step out on faith and entered a competition to be a local spokesperson for FOX43, known as the Face of FOX43. She continues to use her platform as a TV Personality to inspire others as well as entertain them. She
also produces a segment for her church that spotlights local trailblazers making Black History, entitled, “The Yesterday/Today Series”. She has future aspirations of producing human-interest segments and motivating others to live their dreams.
